Drop Studio is operated by Kevara Media LLC. We want you to be happy with the Service, and we offer a straightforward policy so you know exactly what to expect. Because Drop Studio is a digital service that delivers AI-generated content immediately upon use, all charges are non-refundable once processed.
All subscription charges are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a plan, you are billed at the start of each billing cycle and receive your credits immediately. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time remaining in a billing cycle, or unused credits.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits from purchased packs do not expire as long as your account remains active. Once credits are used to generate content, they cannot be reversed or refunded.
Free credits provided upon signup are offered as a courtesy to allow you to evaluate the Service. Free credits have no cash value and are not eligible for refund.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation was confirmed), please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings within Drop Studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you need assistance canceling, contact us at support@shirtschool.com.
