By accessing or using Drop Studio ("the Service"), operated by Kevara Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 17190 E. 42nd Place, Tulsa, OK 74134 USA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Drop Studio is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered design generation, lifestyle mockup creation, background removal, image upscaling, and design placement tools for apparel sellers and creators.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Credits included with your subscription are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle. Additional credit packs may be purchased separately and are non-refundable once purchased.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
All images and designs you generate using the Service are yours to use commercially. You retain full ownership of any original artwork, designs, or content you upload to the Service. The Service itself, including its software, branding, interface, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Kevara Media LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images and designs. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free of errors or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevara Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kevara Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
